No, you do not need to be out of your home when the cleaning takes place. Your pets don’t have to be out of the house either, but if they are kept inside, we would ask that they be kept in a designated area.

For a normal size home, it typically takes three (3) to six (6) hours. The length of time will depend on the size and amount of ductwork. The ease of access to the ductwork also plays a role in the length of time. 

For larger homes, with multiple HVAC systems, the process can take multiple days. The same time factors listed above, are applicable here as well.

Yes, we can clean flexible ducts. We have special brushes for flexible ducts.

The industry recommends ductwork cleaning taking place every three (3) to five (5) years.
